I ordered wings with ranch dipping sauce last night, just like I always do. But this time the ranch tasted completely different, almost like the restaurant switched to a new type of ranch. The flavor was really bad and nothing like the delicious ranch I used to get before.
I’m very disappointed because the ranch was one of the main reasons I kept coming back to WingStop. If the store has permanently changed to this new ranch, then I won’t be returning anymore.
I hope this was just a mistake or a one-time issue. Please check what happened so customers can get the original, high-quality ranch again.

Skinny black girl working at nighttime with straight hair was extremely rude. There’s no reason to talk shit about having to help when I ask for an item that was missing in my bag. She could’ve kept her comments to herself, but to be disrespectful when I was polite was uncalled for terrible customer service, and atmosphere will never eat here again, and I will tell others

We used to come to this location and quit for a while because the food was always cold. We decided to try to come back and it’s been fine the past couple of times. Upon picking up my order tonight, I had ordered a medium cheese and they gave me a small. If they only have one size, I can understand that, but don’t try to scam someone out of what they pay for (they only put one small container in the bag). I asked for the correct amount and it was given to me, but when the lady at the front counter was giving someone else a drink a cup, another fell on the floor. She proceeded to pick up the cup and put it back into the holder to give to somebody else later. That completely unacceptable and disgusting not to mention, disregarding food and safety code. We had also ordered a large voodoo fries but again we ended up with a regular and it was cold despite being told that I had to wait on my order because they were working on the fries. Would you please give people what they pay for? We expect to get what we spend our money on, the phone scammers are enough. We will be avoiding this Wingstop in the future there’s no telling what’s going on in the back if someone in the front is gonna be so bold as to pick up a cup up off the floor in front of customers.

Stopped in today on my break. My card continued to decline, despite having the funds available to cover my meal. The cashier Steven, was very friendly & patient with me while I tried to figure out the issue. The manager Esmeralda, stepped in and as I was going to just leave the restaurant, she insisted I still took the food I ordered stating “I’m not going to let you miss out on lunch”. Truly, she literally has no idea how much her generosity touched my heart today! I’m beyond appreciative for her kindness & wholeheartedly send my thanks!!! I frequent this location in the evenings with my child, and the food is always fresh and on point, but today, everything was taken to another level!!!! Thank you all so much!!!! <3

really nothing negative to say about the place except the fries never have the right seasoning , i order cajun seasoning and they always give me regular , people in there seem cool and the service is good for it to be a fast food restaurant can yall just give me the right seasoning please lol
