I'm only giving 4 stars because it's good but every now and again great.. I placed an order on 1/20/25.. Whoever initial "WS"(who made my order) is.. if you make my food like that every time.. im going to keep coming! Lol please do it exactly like that! The fries were seasoned to perfection and the wings.. let's just say it was like the once in a life time Cooler Ranch Doritos chip that had the extra seasoning on it.. Every bite was flavorful.. wasnt stingy with the lemon pepper or the honey hot dry rub at all🤣😂🤣. So please whoever u are.. Keep doing just that! Thank you

They gave me the wrong food. Called the store. Had to drive all the way back and bring them back the wrong food for them to remake order. Didn't offer any kind of compensation or voucher for the inconvenience of wasted gas and the completely wrong order. Customer service is always terrible at this store and they get orders wrong more often then not.

Ordered take out and asked for a drink with my meal. The guy at the front counter turned around and scrolled through his phone for 2-3 minutes before getting my drink as I’m standing in front of him. Management seemed to ignore it. I’ve never seen an employee working at a restaurant ignore customers to scroll on their phone right in front of them. Highly disappointed!

Today, Sunday, September 15, 2024, the night shift staff at 9:40 treated me rudely and made gestures not suitable for a person who has to work in that position, second mistake, very crispy wings were ordered and they were delivered to me regularly as they make them, not as I asked for them, the potatoes with a lot of salt cannot be eaten, they are not suitable people to work here, they affect the reputation of the company, it's a shame
