Horrible experience!!!! The music was horrible!!! It was such a older crowd, no mix in the music gender!! And the customer service was a JOKE! Save your time and money!!!
Terrible Customer Service!! Very Unprofessional!! These people need to take a class regarding Profession and how to approach Customers! The only Professional person was the Security, a guy by the name of Spud. The ladies at the door were very RUDE!!
A guy by the name of Dedrick was VERY Unprofessional along with instructing his STAFF to do so as WELL!!! He cut the lights on at 11:15pm even though the party was paid for through 12:00am. He advised them to threaten us...read full review
