Big Tony's West Philly Cheesesteaks Desoto

First time experience was nothing but great! Lunch time we had fried fish and fries that was so delicious and seasoned well. That crunch you look for in the fish was definitely on point! I loved the sauce for the fish as well. Also the wings were bomb had plain with some ranch on the side. Don't try to save anything because it's so good you won't be able too! Great customer service!!

Called to place an order left on hold for 20 minutes listening to the cashier take the orders of customers coming in. Heard other works in the background singing and rapping. Hung up and call another place.

Great Food
Down home environment that we need to enjoy. Cake was good, Philly was good, Fish was good.
Order didn't take long and customer service was on point. I can't say one thing about it that I didn't like.

I went to get a pastrami sandwiches. What I got looked nothing like a pastrami sandwich. I gaged at the site of it when I got home. It was a waste of my money and time.Heading for Cali to get my pastrami sandwiches. I won't suggest pastrami. There's no reason for me to go back. The people were nice and respectful.

Food is good but everytime I call they never pick up no matter how many times I call. So there's been a lot of times I haven't placed an order because the phones don't answer.

went in for lunch was doing some work on a suite next to it. asked for cheese wiz it wasn't that guessing it was provolone because it was white cheese. meat was Luke warm hoagie was old and breaking and cold at best. I was only person in there and it took wayy to long to get my order if I had to guess it was sitting at window dieing is why it was cold. would of been better if it was fresh roll and hot.

The food is great and the customer service from the register was awesome but the guys that were there not sure if it was the owner or not but they were smoking outside the door and drug that smell in and we were sitting right at the door so we got all the smoke and im a lung cancer patient, y'all should smoke way away from the door.

Super yummy! We stopped while traveling for work, and all three of our meals were great. The workers were more than happy to help us and pick out what we would like best for our first time there.

Very good will be going back again
