The pot pies are half the size of what they used to be, and the have NO flavor whatsoever. The Mac was cold, the mashed potatoes were out of a box and had zero flavor, the new potatoes tasted spicy for some reason and had curled edges where they had dried from sitting under the heat lamp all day, the cornbread was dry and hard also like it had been sitting around. ***STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE***

I just picked up food from the DeSoto location of Boston Market. The food has an unusual smell and I had to throw it away becausecI didn't want my mother to become. They had one container without separate compartments with things running together. Upon my arrival, the back door was opened to the restaurant and it was not the cleanest. I will never purchase food there again.

Terrible service and food. I found a roach in my plate (To-go order) it was alive!. Went up to the store to return food and get a refund, the manager was rude and walked away in the middle of me trying to tell him what happened. Only thing he said was call corporate but didn’t even give me the number, that’s okay though because it can easily be found online. He didn’t even offer a refund and said I had to go through corporate. I called corporate and they were trying to call the store but what do you know, no answer.This place needs to be shut down! There are multiple reviews stating there is roaches and that it’s dirty. I should’ve read the reviews first tbh. Do not come here!

I normally love Boston market. But this location is not that great. I'm normally order creamed spinach with my meal and this was not it. the spinach was salty, and it looks like it's dry. There is no cream in the cream spinach. Corn bread was also hard.

Ordered chicken and meatloaf. Chicken was so dry it was hard. Meatloaf had no seasoning, Mac and cheese dry as a powder house.the only thing that had any flavor was the cookies. It all went in the trash ?. Will I return NO, I will not. Do I recommend this Boston market NO, I do not. The young lady that waited on me was very nice and quiet.I should have listened to my first mind, go to Braun across the street.Parking: There were no one present. It was empty, that should have been a give away.

Food was terrible, I mean mash was instant potatoes with other food running together and mixed. Sweet potatoes was put in the garbage instantly, looked and tasted like baby food. Creamed spinach had chunks of cream cheese not even throughly mixed. Mac and cheese and corn, okay. Cornbread is the ONLY thing that tasted like BOSTON MARKET.
