Terrible service and food. I found a roach in my plate (To-go order) it was alive!. Went up to the store to return food and get a refund, the manager was rude and walked away in the middle of me trying to tell him what happened. Only thing he said was call corporate but didn’t even give me the number, that’s okay though because it can easily be found online. I normally love Boston market. But this location is not that great. I'm normally order creamed spinach with my meal and this was not it. the spinach was salty, and it looks like it's dry. There is no cream in the cream spinach. Corn bread was also hard.

I just picked up food from the DeSoto location of Boston Market. The food has an unusual smell and I had to throw it away becausecI didn't want my mother to become. They had one container without separate compartments with things running together. Upon my arrival, the back door was opened to the restaurant and it was not the cleanest. I will never purchase food there again.
