I've been going to Braum's ever since I discovered them in Oklahoma, in the mid 90s. From the milk, to the ice cream, to the hot food, ALL IS DELICIOUS!!!!
You know it's a Great place and a beautiful thing when you don't even mind the SLIGHT increase in price.

This store needs help. The manager there is terrible. She was getting on to this young man for not making a shake right. I know he was embarrassed. She had no people skills whatsoever. There needs to be a change. No one there was happy. I have seen a hostile work environment, and I would never work for a manager like her. Not one person was pleasant. Customer service starts at the top and trickles down to employees. These people barely even talk to you. I was waiting for someone...
