I felt bad for the kids working there, having to deal with upset customers because of incompetent management. 20+ minutes per order, they didn’t have condiments, no napkins, half the menu was unavailable smh just the worst. Hope their employees leave that place because they don’t deserve that.

I’m at the drive through window and a woman is nursing a baby, kids are in front of the 2nd window where they hand the food out. Then the guy that took my order came back and said if I had food?!?? Is this a nursery or restaurant?!?

I brung my family to DQ in DeSoto on Hampton and it was the worst decision ever?the staff was busy conversation amongst themselves and got my order wrong, the ice cream machine had to be filled which made us wait until it was ready to serve before we could get our banana splits and they left off a banana split??♀️in which I had to charged again…as we walk to a table to sit down our shoes where sticking to the floor as if they mopped the floor in sugar water. My blizzard was brought to me with a lid on it and it wasn’t turned upside down to make sure it wasn’t runny, I took the lid off and I had a cup of milk and pecans. When I say I won’t be back it’s a definite promise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO NO ONE…to the manager/owner a remodeled store and horrible workers don’t mix at all, if you want your store to make it, get you a crew that is willing to work and not play and have conversations with their fellow employees while they’re taking orders because they will get it wrong every time!The 1 star is me being generous. DO BETTER!!!! I’ll continue going the Dairy Queen in Hutchins Texas.

This DQ is sad and pathetic...they really need to replace the management. First off it smelled like old mop water when I entered that was the first red flag. How is business still running when you don't have anything...no bananas, no chicken, no burritos, no ice, no jilitos. I mean c'mon DQ. Yall renovated the establishment for it to still be garbage. And after trying to give yall the benefit of doubt, your front cashier couldn't put the lid on the cup securely which spilled everywhere on my pants and the floor you proceeded to mop it up with that disgusting smelling mop water.The owner needs to know that yall absolutely NEED to do better!And at the end of my visit...my Sprite with no ice ended up being carbonated water. JUST UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!!STOP PLAYING GAMES AT WORK...IT'S WORK

Parking: This place is built weird. Cars can't pull in and out because it's congested and if the drive through has 2 cars, others can't get out. Then they ask you to make a circle and wait at the front for your food.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. I was there at least 20 minutes. There was 1 person ahead of me. They took my order but I had to wait at least 20 to 25 minutes. I love the steak basket the graveyards runny. The toast was drenched in oil or butter. It wasn't butter. I love the restaurant but think you need to spend some more time in training.
My son and big cousin love this place me not so much because I don'tlike sweets.. They always get the oreo blizzard made a special way. They love it when a certain person makes it!

Went to eat and ordered a Chicken fried steak sandwich combo with a sweet Tea but were out so I got a fruit punch and a Dilly bar but no Dilly bar ,the Speaker was out of order as well .all in all the food was ok.

We had the pleasure of visiting Dairy Queen with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We ordered two blizzards and then drove to the window. The you lady at the window was very dry, not social or personable at all. Then she gave us our blizzards with a lid on top. After waiting about 8 minutes for the blizzard, we just drove away shaking our heads."Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"
