I’m at the drive through window and a woman is nursing a baby, kids are in front of the 2nd window where they hand the food out. Then the guy that took my order came back and said if I had food?!?? Is this a nursery or restaurant?!?
I brung my family to DQ in DeSoto on Hampton and it was the worst decision ever?the staff was busy conversation amongst themselves and got my order wrong, the ice cream machine had to be filled which made us wait until it was ready to serve before we could get our banana splits and they left off a banana split??♀️in which I had to charged again…as we walk to a table to sit down our shoes where sticking to the floor as if they mopped the floor in sugar water. Service leaves a lot to be desired. I was there at least 20 minutes. There was 1 person ahead of me. They took my order but I had to wait at least 20 to 25 minutes. I love the steak basket the graveyards runny. The toast was drenched in oil or butter. It wasn't butter. I love the restaurant but think you need to spend some more time in training.
