I'm a regular customer here. I love the drinks, it's very clean, and the atmosphere is very welcoming.However, when I picked up a mobile order, my drink was taken by another customer. Honest mistake, right? i get it, but It's usually a crowd of people not knowing who's drink is what or people picking up others' drinks to read the names on the cup, which isn't good.I would suggest maybe having a person to call out names of people's drinks when we walk in. I shop at this location often, every time i come I get Starbucks, its a habit :) In the mornings, DeJuan is so incredibly nice and so efficient, he is very polite!! In the Afternoons, Staci and Karol are Amazing!! They are so quick and make my drinks to perfection! They are both so friendly and truly do make sure that your experience is one for the books! They make me want to come inside instead of go to a drive through location! Very personable and 10/10 i recommend !!!!

Stacy was great help and informative about their new half a million remodeling! My little sister stopped by for drinks since my girlfriend broke up with me which was a bummer, but Stacy made me forget about all that. Great drinks and great service, 10/10 would comeback!
