I've been to a few Smoothie Kings around Dallas and it's suburbs, and I would like to say ( I may be a little biased) but my own home town Smoothie King is the best ! I had some issues with another Smoothie King in the area and went to mine in Desoto and got the help I needed ! The two employees that helped me, Keora and Haley, went out of their way to make sure my problems were solved! It’s been pretty good until i went today and got a 20oz Pineapple surf and it was some white string in my drink I’m pregnant and just wanted a healthy drink today it was good but when i saw the string in it multiple times i really didn’t like that

I pulled in to the drive thru at 8:55 and no answer so I pull up to window and the young lady working said “ we stop taking orders at 8:50 pm but the store doesn’t close until 9. I don’t think that’s company policy to shut the store down 10 minutes before closing
