If you aren’t placing your order with Maddy, I am uncertain as to what you’re doing. She is one of the top best managers at this location, very courteous, and assisted me with my order. I placed 10 pizzas and she stated it was going to be a 10-minute wait. I didn’t believe her because the wait is usually 30 minutes, but that woman efficiently prepared those pizzas and, amazingly, accomplished it under 8 minutes. Pizza was okay and service tonight was slow. Suggested time was 10 to 14 minutes wait on order i arrive and pay and told to wait another 10 to 15 minutes by associate then after my order was ready they sit it under the warmer and no one says anything after a while I go back to counter and ask where the order is response its ready as they get it from the warmer white im sitting in the store very frustrating.
The DeSoto Dominos has their pick-up specials down to a science — fast, fresh, and easy on the wallet. I ordered tonight and my pizza was spot-on: perfect crust, just the right amount of cheese, and piping hot like it came straight from the commercial. Gary at the counter deserves a raise (or at least first dibs on the next batch of cheesy bread) — friendly, quick, and genuinely seemed happy to be there.
