KFC normally has great food, but I'm disappointed because some of the locations will not accept THEIR coupons. Stating, they can't scan them. Lies! I spoke with corporate and they are supposed to accept all coupons. If you don't accept them, tell them you're going to call corporate.

Young lady at the front was kind but had to wait twenty minutes on extra crispy, only to be told they gave it away. The chicken I received was really soft but the flavor was great! Maybe next time it will be better on ten dollar Tuesday......

$32 worth of food. No gravy for my large mashed potatoes. I tried calling to let them know what happened and someone picked up the phone and didn't say anything and hung up. I really just wanted to come get my gravy but after that I was really considering taking All the food back. The gravy is the best part. I really wanted that ????
