I paid full price for a salad and got some makeshift salad that fit in a bag used for French fries, in a breakfast container. Went for a refund and the manager is trying to figure out what the problem is? Tries to justify that the container is larger than the one it is supposed to be in. It’s not. I trusted what was given to me in a large bag then had to drive back because they don’t answer the phone of course. Then he doesn’t want to give me the original copy of the refund receipt? Maybe he needs to take those shades off at night and see the light. Poor management poor level of customer attention. Which is too bad because the staff is very polite.

I just kinda had the worst experience here …The guy who is a bit feminine just acted like I offended him for asking if I could have my order customized .. I was excited to try the new wings and I feel as if they gave me the batch they made earlier that morning…As many things as they messed up on our order I felt it was out of spite of just wanting our food a certain way …. Everything look take and feel aged …I can’t see myself coming back because of him
