I know a lot of folks complain about the customer service here, but I’ve never had a problem.
It appeared this morning that this Whataburger is under staffed. Only the gentleman working the drive-thru which was also having to work the front counter and the cook that has such a bright future he had to have his sunglasses on at 5:50am. This location is in a serious need of a deep cleaning. The floor walking from the door to the front counter was sticky. When I stopped to eat here the bar was so low, having just left Burger King AND Mcdonald’s, both locations were open but no employees were taking orders… So I came here to this Whataburger location expecting a third negative experience, but no, Whataburger delivered! The employees were great and took my order. The food came out sooooo fresh and delicious. Thank yall!

Whataburger offers a warm and homely atmosphere with great service and food, especially for breakfast and lunch. The staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and are very nice and courteous. The team and manager were very polite. Every time the burger is always so good and tasty and the fries are always fresh. The buns on the burger have a sweet taste. The food is always good and the order does not take very long. It is a go-to place for many due to its consistency in quality. However, wheelchair accessibility may be a concern at some locations.
