This rating of 4 is for the Desoto Tx location on Pleasant Run near Polk St. I made a large order and asked to wait for fresh chicken. Some pieces were not fresh.

Williams in Oak Cliff on Ledbetter @ Houston School Rd is 5 star, with consistently fresh food.

This location has done a complete 360 from how it used to be. Thie service is wonderful. The food is always hot and fresh! Now, it's always a ton of vehicles there because it's awesome!

Older woman at the register was very nice and patient with me. It was my first time here. She even suggested jalapeños which I forgot to order, she gave the best customer service. The food was fresh and piping hot. I'm glad I came in for lunch today. I will definitely be returning here. I'm also glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews to this place because I had the best experience here.
