Stopped by to grab food before heading to airport, since we were in a dodge diesel truck its louder than a regular truck. Drove to window to place order cause its loud and was told that I couldn't that I have to order at the menu thing and need to turn off truck so they could hear me. Meanwhile it was 99 degrees outside and didn't understand why I just could not tell the manager my order at the window. Was very upset and went somewhere else.

Manager rude, out of everything. Gives a DrPepper that is flat, will not take it back and throw it away. Pull thru drive thru and nobody is around and they want you to pull around to the front. Why have a drive thru?

Customer service skills are non-existent here. I rarely eat fast food and this place reminded me why. The woman working at 1:45pm on 11/8/24 was incredibly rude. When I walked up to the counter and she saw me, she let out a heavy sigh, walked up to the counter, and just...raised her eyebrows without saying a word. I just paused because it was unexpected, and she finally spoke to just say "Yeah?". I was willing to still order, but when I started to tell her my order, she sighed again as if I was just a huge inconvenience when they had no other customers, so I just told her never mind and started to walk away. Then she laughs extremely loudly so that I can hear it while I walk out of the store. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had and for no reason other than having to do her job. She should not be serving customers if you want people to return to your business.

I recently visited Checkers, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. First and foremost, I was shocked by the lack of basic hygiene at the location. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation, especially in a food establishment, but it seemed to be a low priority here.
Additionally, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Customer service was almost non-existent, with workers displaying little regard for politeness or attentiveness. It felt as though I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
To make matters worse, I was charged extra for dipping sauce, which is a small but frustrating detail when combined with the overall negative experience. It left me feeling like Checkers is more concerned with making a quick buck than providing decent service and quality food.
I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it based on my recent visit.
