This Checkers is located inside a Fuel Max Convenient Store. They also have a drive-thru window. The staff is always friendly when we stop in as we travel through Devers, Texas. They have the best fish sandwiches and my husband loves the double fish sandwich. Their fries have the best flavor. Checks burgers taste grilled and are cooked generally when we order them. They are good about having specials that are reasonably priced. My granddaughter love cheeseburgers and says...
hadn't stop at a checker's in many years like lots of them since I was maybe 10 yrs old and I'm 41 😂. but anyways brought back many memories. and it tastes just the same darn delicious 🤤. can't wait to come across one again.
My favorite stop to grab a quick bite for my trip home. Gotta love those french fries and now a new favorite of mine Mozzarella Cheese sicks. My finger foods of choice being that I drive solo. I have not been disappointed yet!Only one con that I wont let affect the food score(stars)..... The drive-thru is situated funny that you really have to stretch to get your food. The window was placed to close to the curve!!!
