Went there for a late lunch the family had two cheeseburgers and two kids nugget meals. Everything came out in a timely manner hot and fresh. Everything was delicious. Service was really polite and friendly. Atmosphere was really clean and minimalist. Overall happy with my experience. Will definitely come back.

Decent place, burgers are good better than a McDonald's burger. My experience with customer service has been good. Prices are a bit high but unfortunately that's the current economy.

It is really a shame. I heard so much about Billy Bob’s burgers that I decided I wanted one for my husband and I this evening. I called to Place a to go order at 440 pm because my husband gets off at 5pm and works in Devine. The young man on the phone took some deep breaths and said well it’s gonna be at least 20 minutes cause we are extremely busy in here and I said that is totally fine because he won’t be there for like 30 minutes from now and then he heaped a big sigh and said I guess what can I get for you. I told him you know what never mind these burgers aren’t worth it and I hung up. I am not a mean person I didn’t cuss or nothing, but this is just ridiculous. I pray for you young man.

Would give 0 if I could, took 40 minutes at drive thru..finally went in and was handed a greasy old bag with loose sweet potato fries that I never ordered. Took another 10 to get a refund. Would not have let my dog eat the food that was in the bag. Sad this used to be a good place. Looked like someone’s old lunch bag from 1972. The lady taking orders had her radio on so anyone within an earshot of the order box heard all of the complaints loud and clear directed at the cooks. Should have left them. Lesson learned . 50 minutes and no food, lady in front of me had waited an hour. Very sad place . Customers do not need to hear how much is “going on” in the back.

Stopped by Billy Bob's today coming from the frio we always passed this place up wished we would of stopped before .Loved the chupacabra burger and the hot sauce . My wife got the chicken strips and she loved them . My son got the monster burger and he loved it I've always told my daughter n law that I would stop by and get her a Monster burger from there .She's from ST Neots England she said now thats a burger in her English accent I even got her a shirt for her .I highly recommend this place it was delicious. Thanks Billy Bob crew . Oh and the Clint Eastwood pics are great .

One of the few places in Devine that has their stuff together. Easy to order at drive thru, employee was very friendly. Goes a long way with someone. The food is excellent. I haven't found anything on the menu that I didn't like other than the spicy stuff. I just didn't try it and I won't.

I loooooove them my husband and I drive almost every month from new braunfels to eat here, our son love this burgers too, today I had a spicy chicken sandwich but with lettuce tomatoes onions and pickles and it was the best chicken sandwich that I have had before super juicy and savory 10/10 I love you guys thank you
