Customer service was excellent, Shelby and Jared was outstanding with helping customers as they walked I'm the door.. Shelby very friendly visited the table to see.od we needed anything else.Jared delivered our food as soon as it hit the heat lamp. Thank you both for making this luncheon a great experience.

We always come here for fish. This is the 1st time they said we can't get extra tarter sauce...even when I said I'll pay for it she said I don't think so because it's due to lent. I understand but if you know the situation why not prepare for it accordingly. We literally come from another town to eat here. We eat here once a week and this is the 1st time ever getting told this.

JAN 29,2026 @1:02:27P.M Went through drive window purchase Spicy Chicken Sandwich with sweet potato fries and diet Pepsi. Young beautiful Hispanic with long beautiful hair took my order and my credit card. Spicy Chicken very delicious but sweet potato fries were ice cold and yucky. On top of that she scam my card . She purchase over 500.00 dollar of on line so that my friend was a very expensive Spicy chicken sandwich. Please becareful with this Devine Tx BillyBob Hamburgers. It's ashamed when you can not trust employees at establishment to give you good quality food and service without being scammed. Advice for Manager there is a name on receipt for that ticket with above date and time. Worth looking into to keep this from happing again and ruining the reputation of food and service.

Incredibly slow. Waited 25+ minutes for a single burger and kids’ meal in the drive thru. They need a whip-cracking manager to get things done right in there.

Went there for a late lunch the family had two cheeseburgers and two kids nugget meals. Everything came out in a timely manner hot and fresh. Everything was delicious. Service was really polite and friendly. Atmosphere was really clean and minimalist. Overall happy with my experience. Will definitely come back.
