The gorditas here are absolutely amazing. I had some fajita ones my first visit that blew my mind. My 2nd visit I tried the brisket and the fajita again, but they weren't quite as good. It probably has to do with the cut of meat you get.. luck of the draw I guess. But they were still fantastic. The brisket had less flavor than the fajita. The guacamole and pico de gallo here is fresh, and has really good flavor. The gorditas are fried crisp, with a crunch to them. I've reviewed hundreds, maybe a thousand restaurants, and I put this item in my top 20 best items ever..
