Everytime I come to this McDonald’s the workers are always playing around. Very unprofessional. I’m told almost every single time I come that I need to pull forward, I have witnessed them having 6+ cars pull forward at a time to wait for their food. This morning I was told to pull forward and there were no cars behind me. I remember when McDonalds was fast but now they have people who don’t know how to work. Do not recommend this McDonalds to anyone.

I can’t overstate how incompetent this McDonald’s is. There’s been I’m not even sure how many batches of workers that just refuse to serve people because they don’t know how to work the systems. I order on the app and get there for them to tell me it’s not even made? My money went through so something worked. This location fails time and time again, it’s pathetic.

The tea is extremely cloudy not the normal clear brown. Get McDonald all the time from San Antonio no problem this location normally is ok too but I believe they have a water issue where it comes out red and they make the tea with this water or at the very least seems that way

Literally the most unorganized McDonald’s on the planet . The workers genuinely have no clue what they are doing and need help Bad. I ordered a kids meal with no toy and no salt on fries and two cheese burgers they gave me a grilled cheese sandwich with a drink . Where is the confusion especially when I was supposed to have nuggets . Every single time with no hesitation they mess up every order . Get it together fr.
