The pizza that I ordered was undercooked and missing some ingredients. The boneless wings hardly had any sauce on them and some of the pieces were extremely small. Quality was overall very disappointing.

The lady making the pizzas was wearing shorts and flip flops while cooking. Not only did they messed up my order , the manager Annita was rude and unprofessional. We live 20 minutes out and had to drive all the way back to get the wings which again were not the right ones. I never leave reviews but this store really needs it.

I must say that walking into this pizza hut was like walking into a time capsule and being transported back to the early 90s!! The smell was exactly the same. I'm from Uvalde and sorry to say but our pizza has not been the same for at least 10 years. So any chance i get to try another pizza hut in another town I absolutely do! Megan was our server and we had a table of 6 and she was very attentive and the food was delicious and cooked to perfection!! I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area!

Pizza tasted like Tony's from HEB. It was undercooked and very flimsy. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Won't be going there for a while. The crust tasted like frozen pizza.

Order was placed for delivery at 6:09 pm. App said delivery would be between 6:34 and 6:44. Began calling at 6:55 to check on order. Called over and over and over. No answer. Someone from the restaurant called me at 7:10 to tell me that they were out of part of my order. Told them to just remove the item. Received a call back 2 minutes later saying when they removed the item the payment method got removed and would have to submit a new method. Then was told they were short handed. And would get the order out as soon as they can. Girl on the phone was rude about it. I canceled the entire order. DoorDash from Little Caesar’s was faster. Not the first time delivery has been delayed and no updates given. And the phone is NEVER answered.

Disappointed with service, was refused delivery because they said could find address, when my address is clearly on google… after complaining, I was then told I’m out of delivery radius. I live 3 miles from Devine location, I called devine location numerous times and no one answered.. family gets delivery 5 miles away in Natalia.. the funny thing is they have delivered to my address before, not sure what is going on
