I ordered on the app 2 different orders the first order had three footlongs the 2nd order had one. The 2nd order was fine. The first order two of the sandwiches had yellow mustard which leaked out of the wrappers and when you opened the wrappers the mustard and all the veggies were hanging out of the sandwiches and one had the cheese on the outside. The third footlong had mayo, honey mustard and oil and which oil was everywhere and there was literally a little drop of mustard and the whole sandwich was soggy. The sandwich had pepper on it was drenched to the point that you would think the top came off the shaker and not all the veggies that were ordered were not on there and the veggies that were there were outside of the sandwich. Never really had a problem with this subway but ¾ footlongs all the veggies and dressings were outside or not on it at all. Basically got 2 yellow mustard footlongs and a pepper/oil footlong.

I ordered a subway club on Italian bread. Bread was old and hard, uneatable. I ordered mayonnaise and sandwich was drenched in teriyaki sauce. No mayo. This was an online order. All they had to do was read and follow instructions. Worst experience ever at a Subway. Never again.🤬

Walked in and no one was in the front, stood there about 5 mins saying “hello” , knocked on the counter and once again said hello”, guy in the back said “what?” . Very unprofessional. Seconds later woman (worker) walks in, doesn't wash hands and puts gloves on , once she has gloves on she pulls her phone out and gets on it. Once my food is ready to be taken out from the toaster she handles my food, i politely asked her to change her gloves because I witnessed her being on her phone. She got mad and mumbled words under her breath and changed them when asked.

They always get my order slightly wrong. I pay for extra and don't even get the regular amount of condiments or toppings. Edited to add I went back for a correction just add what I paid for. But got attitude an extreme amount of lettuce. Don't order online from this location. Walk in and watch only.

Absolutely disgusting food, the worker at this establishment was so rude and used foul language towards me for wanting to put extra jalapeños. The cleanliness of the restaurant is a zero! Because this place is dirty. I have seen a employee use their hands to make my sandwhich.

Employee is very rude she just slams food on counter and theows toppings in there and acts like you're bother her to even do her job. We ate there and while there other customers came in and she was rude with them as well even yelling at 1 lady while asking anything else. It has been months since my last visit apart from today because of this and do not plan on going anytime soon especially if same person is there with stank attitude.It's not hard to be polite and although you may not like your job you should be nice still and if you don't like it that much look for another job! Seriously ridiculous. It's cheaper for me to make my own tuna dandwhich at home no need to pay more for it and only to be met with serious rudeness. I am not the only one this has happened to from speaking with others in the area they all have the same complaints and don't go for the same reason.

I went in for a sandwich and this lady Terri moves girl out the way tells her she's to slow and she won't make it as a manager at another location , I asked the young lady how long she had been with company and she said 1 week. Subway needs better leaders! So unprofessional to be putting an employee down especially infront of customers.

Employee Terry was very rude telling me to focus while I was ordering ,telling me she is busy. Basically telling me to hurry up. I have worked for Restaurant for 50+years and have seen many employees destroy a business because of Customer service. She is one of them . Bad Situation she put the new Hire in .
