I ordered a 12 count nugget with a large fry and a spicy chicken sandwich no pickles with pepper jack cheese in Terminal C. I got back to my flight in Terminal B which departed in 20 mins to find I got a Chick Fil A sandwich with pickles and a small fry. The girl who handed me the order didn’t check the bags and handed me the wrong one. I work at Chick Fil A back in my state, just beware of this one in Terminal C. $17 for an order I got wrong.
Food is Chick Fil A good. Chances of getting your order correct? 20%..maybe. I would suggest if you order anything "GRILLED" you repeat "GRILLED" until you server changes her look from the no smiling, glazed over, indifference to mildly annoyed. Then I would check my receipt to make sure your item says "GRILLED." Even then, when you receive your order, open the box and verify that it is indeed "GRILLED." I love it when you can't get a simple order right. In fact you can't even have the integrity to fix it. I ordered a#1 no pickle add Colby jack cheese. I got a sandwich that had pickles on it at one point. This is pathetic. I went back and they remade it. I'm still disappointed that they sent it out at all.
