Love this location its Convenient, Fresh and Fast.. they always have their jalapeno pretzels ready..! Which are my favorite; I stop by here regularly about once a week and the staff always seems ready to help with a warm smile

About as unpleasant an experience as you can have at a pretzel stand...but hey, it's the airport, and a lot of grumpy people pass through here so maybe the staff is jaded...and underpaid and under appreciated. At least that's what it looks like from what I can tell. Anyway, the pretzels and pretzel bites are okay. They taste about the same as in other locations. Maybe slightly more greasy. Not the friendliest bunch of workers in the airport here at Auntie Anne's but that is pretty consistent with the customer service at the DFW Auntie Anne's. I have been to just about every food outlet here at DFW and this is usually the low end of customer service friendliness. The pretzels and food is as expected.
