my total was 9.41 and gave her 10.41, expecting a dollar back in change. but the cashier started being very rude and saying i gave her the wrong change... they need to teach them how to count... food was good but experience was horrible.

The cashier was very rude. I asked her for a straw she said 89 cents. WTH. I have never been asked to pay for a straw ever in my life. Every other location I have been given a straw. She forgot my cheese cup I told her it was not in the bag she continued to argue that it was. Very poor customer service. She then laughed and walk away. Please get new cashiers. They do not talk friendly with customers.

Love this location its Convenient, Fresh and Fast.. they always have their jalapeno pretzels ready..! Which are my favorite; I stop by here regularly about once a week and the staff always seems ready to help with a warm smile

About as unpleasant an experience as you can have at a pretzel stand...but hey, it's the airport, and a lot of grumpy people pass through here so maybe the staff is jaded...and underpaid and under appreciated. At least that's what it looks like from what I can tell. Anyway, the pretzels and pretzel bites are okay. They taste about the same as in other locations. Maybe slightly more greasy. What I don't like is that the cheese sauce is now room temperature packets. In the old days it was warm and that was nice. Oh well. Pretzels anywhere are still carbs. Carbs can be comforting. So if you're at the airport and the rude staff rattles you, just find solace in the innocent and playfully salty pretzels.

I grabbed a Pretzel Breakfast sandwich here for $3.99. It was sausage and egg on a Pretzel Bun and it was decent meal and had great value for airport food.

I saw the sign PUMPKIN SPICE PRETZEL and ordered one. David, the counter server, told me no...just no... Needless to say, I wasn't sure what he was talking about, so I said to him I needed a bit more information about NO. He just stared at me and huffed. Then one of the pretzel makers yelled "NO pumpkin spice pretzels - we are out." I purchased a Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel and had to ask David for napkins. Again the stare and huff, but he did hand me ONE napkin!

I used to tell the cashiers at other location my phone number to get reward points, but the cashiers at this branch is extremely incompetent that they dunno how to do that. Not to mention she gave me attitude and folded her arms together. Oh well, not like i am gonna come back here anyways, so whatever~~~~

This happened specifically at the Terminal D Location, however this site claims it’s permanently closed while it’s actually open. \ \ On 1/26/2018 I bought the cinnamon pretzel nuggets and a regular coke. Immediately after handing me one cup, the cashier returns, removes the fresh one in front of me. And grabs a different one from the case which I suspect was made earlier in the day.\ However, I let it go as I’m not a confrontational person. After paying nearly 10 dollars, I start eating and find a long a** auburn hair. Needless to say I was disgusted. I pulled the hair out of my mouth, which was baked INTO the pretzel so my pretzel that I chewed up was connected and wrapped into it. Basically it was the most disgusting experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I went to the cashier and showed her the strand of curly hair and her response was “what do you want? Another one?” Followed with “sorry”. I appreciated the apology but it was too much. So all I said was “throw this away. It’s your mess” and left the long strand on the counter with the pretzel nuggets and coke. \ This isn’t my first bad experience as I’ve bought my brother the same thing from this location before and immediately after eating it, he started feeling sick and eventually threw up. \ \ I will be posting this on every airport location as I’m sure they alternate locations. \ \ This is disgusting. P.S. I didn’t get my money back.
