While service is prompt, albeit slightly abrupt, food is sub par and servers refuse to take airline vouchers given to travellers delayed on their journeys. This just adds insult to injury. We then have to submit a request for compensation after an already long day. Also, what are your hours? Your employees closed well before our flight finally boarded at 9pm. Seems like a pretty early closing time for an airport resto that anticipates delays

We were stranded in DFW airport waiting on our delayed flight, the hours say open till 10:00 pm on a Friday night, it was 7:30 they informed us they were closing at 8:00. The wait staff were rude went out of their way to ignore customers. Only two wait staff, she quit early and started eating dinner at the bar while face timing with her BF and burping in front of customers very unprofessional. I expected better with something that has Drew Pearson name on it.
