Door dashing last night and the lady there was rude as hell and giving a hard time just to get the order to deliver it. This is why people go to the Gilmer subway. They are always so rude here
Honestly terrible experience. I’ve tried to give them multiple chances but each time I’m let down more and more. The employees seem like they have zero clue what they are doing like they’ve never been trained, they do not care at all about their jobs, they are rude, disrespectful. I won’t go again. I’ll drive the extra 30 mins to go somewhere that cares about food quality and doesn’t have incompetent staff

I ordered two sandwiches from here using the online ordering to be picked up after I got off from work. I got to the store five minutes after the scheduled pickup time, only to be told that no one had started the order. I wasn't in a hurry, so it didn't necessarily bother me. But when I got home with my sandwiches, I was severely disappointed. I had ordered flat bread sandwiches, one veggie, one turkey and ham, and both of them had very little toppings. I mean, they were VERY flat. It felt like I was just eating bread with a little mayo, and I had asked for almost every topping. Normally, I would think this was just an accident, but this is the 2nd time this has happened at this subway. I'll probably go to a different one next time.

Was there last night around 8pm I sat in the drive through for AN HOUR!! Terrible service. We got ordered toasted sandwiches and 2 of them were cold and hard before they got to us. After we pulled up to the window the only 2 workers there took off their head sets and no one was answering the speaker I had to get out of my car and tell the line of people waiting that no one inside would respond. The worker Mrs Torry I believe did apologize for the wait but it was insanely terrible do not recommend this place.

If a business is going to be open until 11:30pm it’d be nice if the employee working would actually take your order or even come to the window to take said order after they asked you to pull forward. Arrive in drive thru around 10:15pm, employee asked me to pull toward so I did, then I sat there for about 15 minutes and nothing. Couldn’t even see any employees inside. Ridiculous!

They were very quick to make all five of our footlongs even though we went through the drive through. All of them were made correctly and delicious. Ty for making our lunch painless. 🫶🏼
