“The food is here is typically good and quick. can't complain too much in that. but tonight we waited about 10 minutes for drinks and chips and salsa for 3 of us while about 7 employees sat on their phones at two different tables and two waiters/waitresses worked their tails off. our waitress ended up comping some of our food and drinks and she got all that back as a tip!”

“The menu doesn't have any of the bread flavors or drink flavors listed and it's a lot of unnecessary communication and chatter back and forth making it frustrating, it could be easier if it were all plainly visible, for both retailer and custo. This location also hardly ever had any clientele and that makes me wonder as to why.”

“These are absolutely amazing, customer service is on point as well! So glad we tried these. I found these with a meal delivery service and ordered one stick to try ,that one stick hit so we googled them, found out I can order direct. (I live in CT, they are in TX). I have not found stores here that sell them which is fine, cause their ordering is simple and seamless. I had an issue with one delivery, I emailed and they fixed it so fast.. I just got another delivery today and we did the sample packs, now I need to place another order as we are picking new favorites. Lemon bloom and strawberry vanilla are the two favorites in this house. (After brown cow, and maybe the clementine, they are all favorites, can that be a thing)”

“I always come here for food and fountain drinks. I'm typically refilling my cup. The older lady who cooks the food... seems like she doesn't want to be there. Everytime I order something I ask for the zing sauce. She made it seem as if I were pulling her arm just to put sauce on my chicken sandwich. ? I personally hate showing up when she's working. The boss man I'm guessing worked one day and he was awesome! Made me feel more welcome and didn't make me feel like I was putting a damper on his day for ordering food. The cashier ladies are always a joy.”

“They have always been top notch, but this rating comes after a very frustrating experience. In a nutshell, it took way too long for my order on a Friday night. I’m sure they were slammed, and it took forever. I’m giving 5 stars because they have always been on point for us, and the time that I caught them on a off day, they handled my frustration with professionalism and did everything they could to get it right. “I had a great experience at Sonic They were incredibly friendly, patient, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. My order was taken quickly and correctly, and the service was fast. Whoever took my order had such a positive attitude and really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Customer service like this is what keeps people coming back.
