The menu doesn't have any of the bread flavors or drink flavors listed and it's a lot of unnecessary communication and chatter back and forth making it frustrating, it could be easier if it were all plainly visible, for both retailer and custo. This location also hardly ever had any clientele and that makes me wonder as to why.
I have been coming to this Subway in Diana for two years and it’s always good. The people who work there are always nice and friendly. The store is so clean and comfortable. My favorite is the BMT toasted on wheat with a Pepsi Zero and 2 cookies. Sometimes they get really busy so you just have to be patient but they have free Wi-Fi so you can sit and play on your phone while you wait.
The guys here at lunch time are hard working and friendly. My sandwich turned out good

Subway in Diana, TX offers a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The workers are kind and understanding, providing excellent service and are very quick and efficient. They make amazing food and are very helpful, respectful, and fast. The drive-thru experience is easily accessible. The bread is fresh, meat portions are suitable, and the tomatoes are a concern that needs to be addressed. Overall, with proper training and attention to detail, Subway is a great drive-thru option in the area.
