used to be a fine establishment ,now food absolutely sucks. employees are rude & lazy. they would not take my order at a stall .forced me to go through the drive through due to “it being to cold”.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. We ordered from here today, 15 minutes later we threw half of it away. Anything with chili tasted and smelled like dog food. Please do not order anything with chili on it, we wasted our money on this horrible food, save your money! Even the bread tasted horrible, how can you mess up bread? The bread was old and tough and there was no gravy! I wish I could get my money back.

Pulled in and parked, pushed red button and waited 10 minutes, which was not in my best interest. Pushed button again and a voice came over the speaker to use drive thru, which had at least 5 cars in line, I’d have a 5 minute delay. Keep in mind I have already been waiting 10 minutes. They were not that busy, we left and drove to Diana, went to subway. Will never go back to Sonic in Ore City.As you can see they responded with the same cut and paste reply.
