“Every time I go to Louisiana to see my family, I always stop here to eat. It’s sort of like a tradition. Some of the workers here know and recognize me when I come in. These select workers also know my order by heart. The food always comes out great, with no problems, and I’ve never had a mistake in my orders from here. They know what they are doing. However, the only thing they need to work on is professionalism with some of their staff. Yesterday, I saw none of the people that knew me, but the ones that were there were rude. They barely acknowledged me, and were cussing left and right loud enough for the dining room to hear. When asked for assistance in ordering, they kind of laughed amongst each other, finished their conversation, and then decided to come let us order. I’ve never had an issue with Raising Canes, being my favorite chicken restaurant, however, it was yesterday where I saw that the management needs to teach their staff professionalism at work. Either way, the food was out fast and it was great.“

“I usually order my food through the app and pick it up to take home. I rated the atmosphere 4 of 5, because there isn't much room to wait for your ordecher check your order to make sure it is correct. Take out order wait time has greatly improved from previous dates I have picked up. Always check your order!!! (I usually get a large order) I always check my order before leaving as there have been a few times things were missing. Once it was simply some of the ranch dressing I order and other times it has been wings that were missing.“

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“

“Their dinning in is nonexistent. No tables or chairs. They are using the salad tables as a place to store all the pizza boxes. The food was ok. The service was great. I walked in to get the food and talked with the associate who worked there. Nice person. Treated me liked she cared.“

“The vibe, service and food was amazing. I ordered CARIBBEAN JERK wings they were good with the perfect kick of spice. My girlfriend and stepson ordered some burgers they said them burgers were the bomb. The beers were ice cold so I enjoyed them as well. I will definitely come back to this location.“

“I absolutely love Little Caesars. They have super cheap pizzas. These are so awesome. The wife and I tried that pretzel Pizza that they have, stuffed crust pretzel Pizza. I mean they ain't lying about on the commercial, it is the goat. That pizza there was way better than I expected. If you haven't gotten to it yet I recommended to try it“

“The guys at this location near Walmart in Lufkin, were on point. There was a short delay in getting our order due to high customer volume. I was told up front about it and given the option to wait and they would bring it out, which they did. I forgot to ask for an extra marinara sauce and when I went in to buy it and the young man told me it was comped for the wait. I really appreciated that and the wait really wasn't too long. Great job guys!“
