Church's Texas Chicken offers crispy and juicy chicken, along with delicious honey biscuits that some customers love. Many have praised the cole slaw and the friendly staff, describing them as super nice. However, there are inconsistencies in food quality; some diners experience fresh and well-seasoned meals, while others find the food bland and unseasoned. The service is generally friendly, but there have been complaints about long wait times and incorrect orders. The restaurant's appearance has received criticism for being run-down. Despite these issues, many still believe the hot chicken and biscuits are worth the wait.
