Chicken Wings near Diboll

“Came in close to closing, during the storm. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Lady took our order and was very nice
She talked with us while we waited for our pizza. As we left told us to drive safe and have a good night. Very good experience and will be back most definitely.“

“Yes there was a wait for the fresh chicken. Yes the place was packed on Tuesday. But Angie and the other lady were so sweet and patient. Their mood never changed when people were upset and the food was all fresh. My family left full and happy. A world of difference compared to the Lufkin location. I will be back!“

“I had a meeting Saturday and we did catering . It was a great experience Brandon took my order he was so nice and professional. He answered all the questions I had about their catering options. On Saturday I had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel and she was great as well super nice very professional! Such a great experience with them over all ! Thank yall !! Meetings and feeding a group of people can be stressful but yall took that away ! I will be getting catering from them in future“

“Everything was great at this location however we believe you should build a freestanding location in the retro style of like the 80s and the sandwiches from the 70s. Customers don't want the dining experience that we received today we want a sit-down enjoyable meal even with a buffet that was great you actually have family interaction or human interaction sitting down having a meal together“

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“

“I was just in there this evening about 5:15ish, and their staff was so accommodating and helpful! The sweet girls working the drive-through and the counter could not have been nicer. Same for the manager!!“

“Thank you for supporting your student athlete employees and their teammates ‼️ Diboll varsity football team thanks you!!“

“Wow they went above and beyond turn a issue into a big positive. Definitely restored my faith in customer service, and taking extra step to make things right. I also learned that if you have the time wait, they dont mind making your order fresh, while you wait. Thats a good option!“

“We've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings about six times now and have always sat at the bar. It's consistently clean, smells nice, and the service is usually pretty good. The beer is always cold and the drinks are made well.

The food has been fairly consistent--burgers and sandwiches are cooked well--but the wings can be hit or miss. They're often overcooked and dry. The last time we went, they were cooked perfectly but barely warm. Also, some items can be overly salty, like the fried cauliflower--we couldn't even finish it because of the saltiness. Lately I have found their classic chicken sandwhich and wowee get it deluxe style and you have a winner! It's a big chicken patty fried perfectly and without sauce crispy and tasty!

Overall, we still enjoy coming here for the atmosphere, friendly staff, and good crowd. Plus, it's close to the house, which makes it an easy go-to.“

“The guys at this location near Walmart in Lufkin, were on point. There was a short delay in getting our order due to high customer volume. I was told up front about it and given the option to wait and they would bring it out, which they did. I forgot to ask for an extra marinara sauce and when I went in to buy it and the young man told me it was comped for the wait. I really appreciated that and the wait really wasn't too long. Great job guys!“

“I have been to a lot of Popeye’s restaurants and this one is one of the best, clean, well managed one I’ve ever been to. The manager and his staff needs an 🥇 AWARD @ the Lufkin, Tx location. I would definitely give them a 5 Star Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ……“

“Thank you for delivering sample pizzas to the Lufkin Target store!!! The team LOVED them!! We always have a great experience when we order from you and will continue to do business with you over other pizza places in town 😁😁“

“I have a non-verbal and autistic son. He was happy a bad day, and I was having a bad pain day, because of a recent spinal fusion. With my son having a meltdown, I accidentally put it as pickup. There was no way I could go get it. The manager of the Lufkin store, on First Street, spoke to me on the phone. She could tell I was having a really bad day, and although the employee didn't know how to fix it, he put me on the phone with the manager, Chelsea. She was extremely professional, helpful, and empathetic. With my situation, and her being so helpful, I'll definitely be a repeat customer. 💜💜.She actually delivered 3order herself!! What a beautiful soul!“
