This is THE WORST Burger King I’ve ever been to. They do not make the bacon king even close to how it’s advertised. 10/10 hate this location.

I'm being very generous with my rating, because the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, we won't be back. First, my app code wouldn't work, so it cost more than I wanted to pay. We asked twice for the bacon to be well done, and it wasn't. The biscuits tasted old. They forgot to give us syrup with the French toast sticks. Restaurant was clean, but no napkins or ketchup in the dining area.

The lady at the drive through that worked September 30th 2025, was horrible she got my order wrong 4 different times because she didn’t want to listen to us I got my card recharged 3 times and when she realized she messed up she took the food back and put her hands all over the food with no gloves. she was also yelling at all of the co workers because she messed up. She also kept catching attitude with me and my fiancé and made it seem like it was our fault she never apologized for anything instead of blaming anyone she could. Her coworker Anthony was the one who apologized for her actions and showed true customer service he made the atmosphere a lot better

I went there because my son wanted to try the new brisket hamburger they have. Well I didn't know they was remodeling. So we waited in the drive thru. Now the ppl was nice the lady asked if I wanted 2 cookies with my order i said yes. So when we got home no cookies. The sandwich my son got made him sick. I got a whopper it was gross and I can tell the mayo is different or old. I won't go back ever to that place .
