Drive thru is slower than dirt.. been sitting in the left lane for 15 mins and have hardly moved where as the right lanes moving.. they are so un organized.. like i ordered in the app this should have been easy.. drive thru is supposed to be fast..

Since their remodel, this location has really gone down the drain. It’s gotten to the point that I will drive out of my way to go to the South Shore location instead.
Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru, and ALWAYS have part of your order not make it into the bag. You’re likely to be “parked” to wait in the parking lot directly across from the drive thru window for your food during busier times, and you’ll be faced with waiting through the entire line again or attempting to get someone on the phone when it comes to correcting their mistakes/missing items.
We’re signature members and have been for years, which means we admittedly spend way too much at Chick-fil-A. With that being said, we’re giving up on this location.

Second time I’ve been to this location this week. Drive thru is insanely slow both times. It’s 2:30 on a Friday. Hardly a line at all. I’ve been in this like 25m not even half way to the window. Unreal for a chik fil a or any fast food for that matter. Terrible. Respect people’s time!!

The drive-through lacks organization, resulting in unpredictable traffic flow and inadequate communication between employees. Despite the presence of a substantial workforce, the manager’s lack of managerial skills hinders the establishment’s efficiency.
I have visited the establishment at various times of the day, and the drive-through consistently operates at a slow pace. During peak hours, employees are often seen idly walking around with iPads, contributing to the inefficiencies.
This establishment requires immediate attention to management and organizational improvements to ensure optimal customer service and operational efficiency.

Most likely won't return to this location. Service wasn't good. Usually at Chick-fil-A's employees have a smile. Unless this particular day the employee was having a bad day.... If that's the case, my apologies. Hope your day gets better.

We stopped here on the way back to Katy from Galveston on a Saturday. The food and service was great. The door to the play area was propped open so the noise level was pretty high. It was around 3 pm and the drive thru was fully packed and most of the tables were full.

We used the drive-through and were waiting like 20 minutes. For a peach milkshake, 2 lemonades, strips, and fries, and not my pleasure at all. Not happy with the experience. Order 0854. I have to step out of my car and went to the restaurante to ask for my order.

Every time me and my fiancée go there, we order our sauces and every single time our sauces are not in the bag even after asking at the window

This is the worst Chic Fil A and unfortunately it’s the only one near my house. They mess up our order 100% of the time. Every single time we go something is wrong. It’s always on simple orders too. Crazy.
