First off, the pizza arrived way faster than I expected. I'm talking warp-speed delivery here! And when the driver handed me the pizza, it was like receiving a gift from the pizza gods themselves. The box was perfectly intact, the pizza was piping hot, and the driver had the biggest, most genuine smile I've ever seen. She was beyond friendly and kind to us.
But it wasn't just the speed and the smile that impressed me. Red went above and beyond in every possible way. They navigated my tricky housing complex like a seasoned pro, they remembered my request for extra sauces without me even having to ask, and they even wished me a great evening with such sincerity that I felt like I'd made a new friend. I work hard for my money. And after a hard day all I wanted to do was have some dinner and go to bed. I PAID for extra toppings to STILL find that the night crew was stingy. I ordered close to closing, and for that I apologize, but if you didn't want customers ordering before closing don't accept the orders. Shut your system off. Id have rathered my order be canceled and fully refunded than pay $30 for 2 bone dry pizzas with barely any cheese or sauce, which arrived barely warm and with minimal toppings. Unprofessional and disappointing. I was looking forward to a filling, hot meal. I just want my money back, tip included, since the delivery man couldn't even be bothered to say hi or goodnight to us, just a dirty look.

No, Just no to this place. My pizza (I stupidly ordered stuffed crust because it looked so tasty in the ads) was bland ….. which fine. But it was a medium and the ACTUAL PIZZA part of my pizza was about the size of a silver dollar. It was extra money for less edible pizza middle. If y’all are gonna sell a pizza that’s just bread and cheese … say that. This was a pizza box full of sadness and disappointment . Shame on y’all. Brooklyn pizza is right down the road and the wings from chinese wok are better. Both are options WALKING DISTANCE from your gas station. Y’all aren’t the only game in town. But next time I jones for a tea saucer sized pizza I’ll look you up. Also the people are not nice when you attempt to order in store. They are down right rude. I’m so irritated.

We don't go often, but the times that we have gone were not disappointing. It wasn't a dine-in type of place. Very small area to walk in for Take-out. But it's nice to see the area where your pizzas are being made and how clean and organized the place is kept. That is a big deal for us.

The only good thing about this last order was the pizza guy was on time. every time I have ordered thin pizza, they burn it. They should cook it on a different time than the rest of the pieces because it’s thin. I couldn’t even tell what the cheese pizza was. It did not even taste like a cheese pizza! It just was yucky.
