I am still after an hour waiting on hold calling back after every hang up waiting for my food. The site says it was delivered but I have nothing. Learn to answer your phones!!! If not just remove the phone if you don't plan on using it.

If I could give no starts I would, I’m so upset. We have ordered from this domino’s MULTIPLE TIMES. Should I have checked before I left? YES. Should I even have to check before leaving? NO. Please do not send over cooked pizzas where there is no sauce or cheesy left.

We waited over 30 minutes past our 50 minue quote time (over an hour and a half from time of ordering) quoted time for our pizza to be delivered. When it arrived we were dismayed to see our pizza looked every bit an hour and a half old (I took pictures) nearly burnt, lukewarm to the touch at best, concealed cheese, and grease soaked box) when I called to speak to someone I waited for over 18 minutes on hold for a manager who never came to the phone and decided to drive to the location and get a refund. At the point I am upset and angry but still very civil. When I arrived and was speaking to the manager (angry but civil) he wouldn't say a word and was not apologetic at all. While trying to rouse some sort of apology from him ( keep in mind i am angry and talking but not yelling, not cussing or being uncivilized but rightfully angry) one of his employees ( his name was Ethan) decided to come up and be very patronizing and antagonistic. I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted by the level of food service and level of customer service displayed.
Wost location to get pizza at they can't ever get orders right. I went to pick up my pizza and the workers were just staring and laughing instead of attending me also just let the phones keep ringing not only that my 5 year old son got food poisoning from eating it he spent the whole night throwing up & crying from his stomach hurting.

worst dominos ever! ordered a pizza a little later t4han normal but online it says "don't worry we will still get our pizza delivered to us if placed by midnight." it was well before then and 25 min after we had confirmation it was ordered, when the driver should have already been on the way according to their website... we got a text and an email stating it was canceled with no reason as to why, nothing!!!! 50 dollar order and just a automated message sorry you don't get your food but you will get your money back in a few days.. straight bs!! not sure if this is corp or a franchise location but this isnt okay and should never happen to someone esp when confirmed CONFIRMED the order was being made and ready by YOUR OWN STAFF! I'll never order here again that's for sure

This is the second time I’ve tried pizza from this location it never showed up. The other time they never honored my emergency pizza plus took my points on my dominos account. Tonight , my 3rd but last time my 1 medium pizza is cold and burnt also because the cashier forgot to charge me the 4. Plus $ change to deliver 1.5 miles away we picked up anyways. Plus When we got there they had no Parmesan or napkins #Dominoswakeup!
