I'd like to say THANK YOU to the staff of the Domino's @309 FM 517 in Dickinson. They went above and beyond for a third time to get 80 pizzas ready and loaded in my truck for a Halloween Event. If you are looking for food for a special event or fund raiser, I highly recomend this staff and store.

Football season has begun, and we were having issues with the app. I called the store and James answered. He confirmed my preorder, placed it again for us and even gifted us some cheesy bread for the difficulty. I have to say, not only was he calm, cool and collected throughout this whole process, he was also kind and understanding of our requests. James made all the difference this Sunday, the whole fantasy team sends our thanks and gratitude. We will be ordering again next week!

Kaylee was no help . Food took an hour to arrive and all they could offer me was a brownie . Didn’t give me any of my dipping sauces and then messed up my pizza

Waited over 1.5 hours and the pizza never arrived. Tried calling—no answer. My husband had to drive there and it still wasn’t even ready. Terrible service. Won’t be ordering again.

Took an hour and a half to get it when we were told up to 38 minutes. That’s the only reason I ordered it for my corporate bosses. If it were for me at home I would have been more lenient on time.
After 45 min i checked the tracker and it said 1:07. 1:09 tracker said the delivery was approaching and to be ready! Great! But sadly @1:24 no delivery tried calling store 2x no answer. Order arrived @130. Then the deliverer was rude , super embarrassing when I send food to a profession business setting. Never again . Order was right and it tasted ok. Got more stars for that but I would have given a better rating if they had at least answered the phone.

Edit: the driver told us not to order from them because it’s not her personal preference to drive that far 3.1 miles. And that we were lucky she came with the order.

I ordered curbside and when I got there yesterday. Me and my husband waited and no one came out. So I sent my husband in he said no one came right away. That they was to busy talking when they should of brought my pizza out to me. I mean I ordered curbside I shouldn't have to get it myself when I had places to be . What's wrong with places now and days so many lazy ppl

What happened? I used to love this pizza. Tonight it was not good. Something is off about the crust. I hope its a temporary change. Alittle disappointed :(

Emma was a manager tonight on a Thursday. SHE IS AMAZING!!

I ordered a pizza and it was incorrectly made. After calling the store and getting put on hold for too long, I was MAD…. I hadn’t eaten all day and couldn’t afford to wait. So, i decided to drive there myself and get my money back in person. I was heated. When I walked in I was shocked.

Three people were there. One driver who was leaving for a delivery, one prepper (who looked exhausted & was at the end of her shift), & Emma the manager (who was fielding orders, finishing pizzas, & also doing prep work)

My anger towards my incorrect order, turned into me being very impressed at how well things were moving considering Emma was basically the only one handling business. She deserves an award, hell…. She deserves a corporate position. Anyone else would have bailed, but she was pushing through. (I cant discredit the other employees tho)

These people have to deal with a-lot & the last thing they need is some jerk coming in there mad af because they didnt get sauce on their pizza.

After everything was said and done…. I got my refund & Even though she was stretched to her limit, she still had great repertoire, & because of that alone…..Dominos will still receive my business.

Good job Emma. They should really hire more help for you or at least pay you more. I will be writing corporate about your performance if I can. 🫔
