We've been meaning to try this place. We finally took a date day and went. We dont go out much as my wife is wheelchair bound. After the hype we heard about this place and as a FOODIE who enjoys a good meal. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. To start we got the bruschetta app and a cheese pizza..the bread for the dish was so thick made it hard to eat, the bruschetta was dry and lacked flavor, the pizza..wow the sauce. they have cans stacked in hallway that say pizza sauce...dough chalky, cheese decent..but the sauce ...such a let down. My wife ordered the chicken parm, I had the stuffed pork chop, I asked if I could get it without cheese, no because it's pre-made. Dishes come out..cheese on chicken parm...no color..barley melted, chicken dark, over cooked, my chop was covered with CANNED MUSHROOMS not fresh..it is a pizza place do they put canned on the pizza? ...artichokes with what tasted to be the same as the pizza sauce..the veggies .not cut in-house.. Italian restaurant you would think Italian music..nope..asked if it could be changed..we were the only table in the place. Nope. So disheartening..We love good food. Was really looking forward to trying this place as it came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. NOPE! 100$ with tip... never again.

Food was below the expectation, had to send back my chicken Gio because the chicken was over cooked and then retired the chicken which chicken was over cooked again and they put the same Alfredo from my other plate back on the new one and heated it up. Service from Lyndsie was ok when she was around and not smoking out back of the restaurant. She smelled of cigarettes bad and when service picked up she smelled bad of perfume. This place has great potential but missing cause of management.

Food was meh except for meat loaf which was good. The egg roll appetizer was a bit lacking. Waiter smelt of cigarettes and then had a strong perfume after. Place was clean but one menu had oil on it.

Me and my daughter and I were starving, and I was craving pizza. It's been a while since I've been to Gio's. The last time I ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, and it was excellent. I've never had the pizza here. I ordered the pepperoni and my daughter the cheese. The waiter was very attentive and got our bread and oil out quick. Thankfully, because my stomach was empty. We ordered our pizza and it was out in less than 10 minutes. Pretty good for hand tossed pizza. It was excellent. The sauce was amazing, as was the cheese and pepperoni. So very happy we stopped in. We were very pleased. My only complaint, and it's not a deal breaker, but I would have loved to hear some great Italian music as we ate. No issue though.Parking: Parking spots are kinda tight, so the big trucks and duallies might have an issue.

Ordered a large pizza for delivery. It was cold and the texture of the meat was way off, almost gritty. Self-proclaimed fine purveyors of pizza and artisans????? Nope! Will not try

I have never had a bad experience here. No matter what dish we end up picking, it is always 10/10. My husband and I will go here above any restaurant like it in the area. Please keep on doing what you’re doing!

The pizza is so good that the next-door neighbor took advantage of the illiterate delivery driver and signed for my pizza. If only they still taught numbers in school, I would not be hungry right now. Bless her heart, I will never order a delivery from this place again...or talk to my neighbor. I can't blame them, though. The pizza is good, even if they stole it (they know my name and its on the receipt) I blame the incompetent driver who ignored the neighbor's statement, "I didn't order it, but I'll take it," and forged the credit card receipt (no tip). I also blame the manager (Eric), who didn't confirm the information with the driver before she left or after she returned, to see if everything went well... especially after her strange encounter.This is not the first issue I've had with this restaurant, but it is the last (sorry, John - you and the pizza are nice). But if I can't count on a restaurant to do what they advertise, I won't count on them to deliver (pun intended).

Pizza was good and delivery person was friendly. The issue was that somehow the entire pizza had shifted to one side of the box smashing itself together into a large glob. We had to unfold the pizza and sort out what was what. The other side was good pizza. The other issue is that it was room temperature at best and had to be heated up. We are new to this side of town and want to have a go-to pizza joint, so we will most likely give them another go and count this as a one-off.
