The old lady was very friendly when she helped me , the food on the other hand was very bad … i ordered the matty’s famous bowl .. more like matty’s depressed bowl … chips stale .. almost no gravy and the gravy seemed set and old aswell… dont bother with the food from here … just go next door to taco bell or wendy’s

They can't even simply give you the order how it is supposed to come. I ordered the 3 tender, 3 gravy fest combo, I tell the guy to give me mac and Chee instead of fries, and he charges me for 2 Extra Mac and cheeses instead of switching it for the fries, gives me some cold fries for some reason, and tells me that the applesauce on the kids meal replaces the drink, when clearly it says right there that it comes with a side and a drink. And the gravy fest is supposed to have 3 individual gravies and he gave me 2. I don't know if it's just that they just need bilingual workers here, or if it's truly that hard to make and order how it comes. More bilingual workers would increase customer service and satisfaction, simply knowing that the person can understand your request is truly key to a business and this one will I never come to again!!

Worst location I've been to. The older Grey haired at the gulf Fwy in Dickinson Tx does not know how to take care of customers. She wasn't listening to the lady in front of me with her problem with her order and then kept flip flopping between us which could have screwed up worse than it did. Did not receive my sauces. But that is minor in comparison to how she handled the store at that moment. Food is great though. Good job to the younger lady

Sadly, I feel like KFC will be the next fast food chicken place to go under. The quality is not there anymore. My order was ready for pickup on time which was good and the lady was nice. However, the chicken, while it’s fried chicken… yes this was BEYOND greasy. So the chicken was soggy and was not very appetizing. The Mac and cheese was good though.

Bought chicken n waffles chicken straps was raw in.middle looked dark grey and red may have been spoiled not sure..called male manager took name and # I went back tt new manager said it never happened a Hispanic lady talking ghetto and laughing being rude. TT customer service over phone. Nothing as well wish I pic to post.

I usually order thrugh the app but last night my app wasn't working ..I went to the restaurant and ordered 6 tender and 6 chicken family meal.. they had no biscuits and the chicken wasn't fresh..I got home and there was no tenders in the bag.. I live KFC and will have to find another location...
