The Caesar salad was dripping with dressing and so garlicky, I couldn't even eat it. The steak was supposed to be medium well , and it was completely well done. The baked potato was lukewarm , and it wouldn't even melt the cheese that was on it. His steak was also too done and his potato was only lukewarm. His salad had old lettuce in it that was slimy. So we are very disappointed.

Came on a quaint little Wednesday because we wanted Steak but didn't have Texas Roadhouse money.
We actually had an extremely good experience! I got the Wednesday Steak Break with rice and mashed potatoes.
My partner got the steak alfredo minus the fried onions and gravy.
Lemme tell ya, the food was fresh and well seasoned. I like my food on the saltier side so I was delighted and my partner who normally doesn't said it was quite good.
Our steak was tender, juicy and flavorful. My rice was that perfect balance between not too wet and not too dry while carrying a lovely roasted garlicky flavor.
My mashed potatoes were creamy, little flecks of skin textured the inner parts without ruining the experience while the brown gravy did it's job of being comforting and delicious.
The prices are delightful, the staff attentive and the vibes immaculate. We will be returning.

We went to this location around 6:30pm on a Friday to celebrate a family birthday, and it was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. I rarely leave reviews, but the number of issues made this impossible to ignore.
From the start, service was poor. Our waitress was inattentive, frequently miscommunicated, and forgot items. The restaurant was not busy, yet every step of the meal took an unreasonable amount of time.
The food quality was unacceptable. Multiple ribeyes were served cold and/or inconsistently cooked. One steak arrived cold and felt like it had been sitting out and was “rewarmed” by throwing it back on the grill— came back still cold and left uneaten. Another steak ordered medium rare came out well done, then was replaced with one that was half medium and half rare. A 16 oz ribeye looked no larger than a 12 oz and arrived only lukewarm. While partial 25% discounts were offered, several steaks were barely eaten. Caesar salads were also wrong—iceberg lettuce instead of romaine, shredded parmesan instead of shaved, no croutons, and dressing dumped on top rather than tossed. Items being actively advertised, such as hot honey butter and blueberry cobbler, were unavailable and we were not informed until long after ordering, which ruined the birthday dessert moment. Ironically, the best thing we ate all night was an appetizer—bacon on a stick.
Service continued to decline as the night went on with longer gaps occurring of us seeing our waitress.
To make matters worse, our separate checks and rewards were mishandled despite clearly explaining upfront that we needed separate checks. We were given conflicting explanations, rewards were denied after long delays, and we were ultimately told the system was “too complicated.”
Between the poor food quality, slow and inattentive service, lack of communication, and weak management, this experience completely ruined what should have been a celebration. I would highly NOT recommend this Logan’s location, and based on this experience, I would not recommend the chain at all.

I came in with a party of 4. Two people in our party were in wheel chairs. The two young adults at the hostess stand stood there and watched me struggle trying to get my daughter and mother in law inside. They looked irritated that it took me so long. Once they found us a table we got a great waiter. He was attentive and very nice. I got a ribeye which was arguably the worst steak I have had in years. It was cold and pretty tough. Just not a great grade of meat. It almost seemed like it was frozen and they threw it on the grill. The rest of my group loved the rolls and enjoyed their food. I just feel like its gone downhill. This location was empty on a Friday night. I think Im done trying. We probably wont be back.

The food was absolutely terrible! The ribs seemed old or over cooked.I didn't get sauce for my dry chicken tenders,no plasticware,and no rolls with the order that was pictured. An extremely bland meal for the price. The saving grace was the baked potato!

Place is bad.. ordered a Swiss mushroom burger , they’re out of mushroom.. ordered a Ribeye steak 29$ and they brought me a Sirloin and try to lie to me like I’m stupid and tell me that the sirloin is in fact Ribeye. The hallway to go to the restroom has a bar see thru cooler , bottom of it is all molded. Which is crazy cause the office of the Manager is located right there as well. I’m sure the place is about to shut down, it’s very neglected.
The food is kind of hit or miss. Some days it seems hot amd fresh and other days it seems to have been sitting under the lamp for a long period of time.

This is the worst meal I have ever gotten from Logans. The sweet potato was burnt the meat was over cooked and very fatty. I spent 30 on a meal that the only edible part was the salad. Very disappointed
