We waited 45 plus minutes for our food AFTER watching people who came in after us received their food. Upon receiving our food my chicken fried steak was COLD and shrunken nothing but bread. The manager was nice about it and went back to cook it herself bc of problems with staff as said by the waitress. Nothing but kids working there who are unfocused. I wouldn’t bring my neighbors homeless dog to eat at this restaurant. If they knew better they would have done better.

If you can't serve a decent ribeye for a steak sandwich, take it off the menu. Having someone come by to see if the issue was with the cook or the supplier and doing nothing about it, is not the answer. Two Stars because my wife and kids meal were fine.

My husband and I wanted to go to a steakhouse on our way home from North Houston, everybody else was so busy so we decided to go here, but I was suspicious when I noticed there were barely any cars in the parking lot. We got the fried mushrooms. They were a little undercooked and a little bit soggy and not very hot. We also got the ribeye sandwiches with all the fixings it was gross and probably the lowest quality ribeye I have eaten. The mushrooms were very salty. The french fries were, and I almost choked on one because they were so dry. The bathrooms weren’t really clean and I could see into the kitchen and I could tell they were really unorganized. I definitely would not waste my money on going here. We ended up taking our food to go because it took too long and I was starting to feel nauseous, don’t go here!!

I had a totally different experience from past reviews. The food was fresh and hot upon serving, we had the Cilantro lime salmon, 8oz sirloin surf and turf, spinach dip and banana pudding. Service time and staff were very pleasant. We also got a caesar salad but the croutons were stale.

We thought we would try Logans bad choice. We were not even acknowledged when we walked in.It was not busy at all, we tried to get waitresses attention and she ignored us and kept talking to her co worker and watching TV. No refills, and we felt like we interrupted social hour between staff.Won't ever go back. Food was overcooked. Worst experience ever in restaurant history. Awful

It's been almost a year since we have visited the Logans in Santa Fe. My husband and I were very surprised how the food quality had declined. The rolls were hard, the steaks were tuff and full of fat. This will definitely be our last visit.

My boyfriend and I came here and sat at the bar. We used to be in the industry; We knew they were kind of busy. I don’t know if it’s cause we’re younger or what, but everyone always looks like we’re going to be a problem for them. Anyways, Mac & cheese is a premium side, and it tasted like Kraft and looked like school Mac and cheese. I asked a server who dropped our food (she asked if we wanted and sauces) for ranch & A1 sauce & never got it. The bartender asked right after she did, so we told her no (so we didn’t get double). We were basically ignored. They need someone at the service bar on a Friday. My bill was like $80, and I tipped her $20. She gave us our original bill and pointed it out our original bill like we weren’t going to tip her (we talked to her maybe 4x). We will not be back.
