I actually like this place. Have been several times. But the last couple of times I've been, the food was just ok (Short Rib Ravioli last night). However, my biggest complaint was the service. The waitress came to our table every 5 minutes. We felt very rushed. I understand the concept of turning tables, but there were plenty of open tables around us. Hopefully, this was just a fluke.
Food was amazing as always. The prime rib never is always a great choice on Wednesdays. Edgar took amazing care of us. So if you want great service and someone with great personality make sure you ask for Edgar.
As a group of friends that eats out together several times a month, we were all disappointed in our visit this time. I order the same meal every time and this visit my food was very bland, no flavor whatsoever. I've never sent a meal back and in afterthought, I should have, just to get some flavor added. Another friend mentioned her fish also had no flavor. We were shorted a wedge salad and had to continue to wait to get our tea refilled. I will say this is the first time...
