The play area for the kids is great and super clean! However, the food really misses the mark. The grease needs to be addressed since the French fries are way too dark.

First time at this location and only chose to come here because they had a playground. The staff was not friendly and had an attitude. The entire place was not clean. There was leftover trash on several tables in the main eating and the playground was gross. Tables that weren't being used had not been cleaned or wiped down. Trash was so full you could not throw anything else in it. Not one time did an employee come check the play area the whole time I was there. They also messed up our order and forgot 2 items we ordered. The only reason I would go back to this location is cause of the playground as they are the only McDonalds around that still has one. Guess you could say that's the only good thing about this location.

Clean bathrooms, which was great. But they messed up the only item that we ordered—spicy nuggets instead of regular—making it inedible for the person who ordered it.
Hopefully it was a mistake that doesn't happen often, but personally I wouldn't stop here again.
Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's. You know its attitude toward kids.

Got french fries at 10 PM, and a Spanish speaking service person seemed not understanding “black pepper”, being forced to translate to Spanish in ‘Merica. And the french fries was saturated in oil. I do not eat anything else in those places, I am a vegan and I was treated like I personally offended them for bothering them with a small order at about their closing time. And before you can pay you are solicited to contribute to a good cause for their own. Speak of bad service and messing with your own breadwinner. ☠️

I would rate the food as a one star Because I’ve never received all of it on the first trip. The service is a one star because they treat you like you’re trying to steal food from them. When actually it’s the opposite. They’re still in your food. I never given it to you and that also makes the atmosphere crappy as well. Two Orders in a row, they have not given me. The chicken nuggets are ordered and This time I decided I wasn’t going back for them put in a complaint to corporate and leave you a bad review

Pick up is always weird everywhere you go but just to tightin up the service drinks were watered down and food was not hot and I was waiting for awhile car hop was very polite and that goes a long way

Service is good, food is good, but access to mobile order curb side for spots 3-5 is covered in tree limbs that will damage your car. I've asked them to fix this several times to no avail. I've come here when 1&2 were filled and I had to park sideways in front of the trees and I was in the way of everyone trying to leave.
