Placed my order through the mobile app, got confirmation of payment, and a code. (5:34 pm)
After they couldn’t find the order, I offered to go inside so we didn’t hold up the drive thru line. Spoke with the manager Luz. In the end, after 45 minutes, I was told I need to pay again and wait for a refund, even though the mobile order was not cancelled, and I was not refunded.
While Luz was kind, she was completely unhelpful, and I left without food.
Leaving the review here, as I tried to share with McDonald’s directly and they make it incredibly difficult to leave feedback. They aren’t interested.

Sooo this is not just a review about how it took 10 mins of me waiting in curbside or that I walked in to my food done, not bagged, and I just sitting there (drinks too). No this is about how when I saw my mcrib that I had paid extra for extra sauce that didnt have the extra sauce. I touched the pattie with my hands, licked my finger and touched it one more time to check the temperature. Staff took the mcrib and put my patty that I touched back in with the rest. Then they grabbed one out with more sauce and put it on mine. My kid just trested positive for strep throat, we literally just left utmb urgent care. So, if you ordered a mcrib after 6:15pm om Tuesday November 18, 2025.....good luck everybody. May the odds ever be in your flavor.

Do not come here. They cancelled my breakfast order despite me having put it into the app before they stopped serving breakfast. Don't advertise your hours if you aren't gonna follow them.
