I received an incorrect menu item. When I informed the staff, they said it was the correct item. There is a label taped to the item that says what is inside. The label and what was inside were not the same. The cashier and, to my surprise, the shift manager both disagreed with me. I pointed to the label and asked them to read it and then look inside and they did, but they were still confused. A Deluxe burger costs more because there are different toppings than an original one. That's what they were both confused about. I just gave up and asked for a refund. Maybe they were having a bad day. Maybe I should stop eating McDonald's if I have to train the staff myself.

I was surprised to see this McDonald’s had such low reviews. I was greeted by friendly staff. The restaurant was clean and neat. The food was quick, hot and ready in no time; and the young man delivered it to my table with all the condiments. It was around 1:00 pm. It was a great experience that I was not expecting at a McDonald’s!

I asked for two sauasage biscuts and two hasbrowns. I told the lasy at the payment window she tells me ok and takes my money. Get my food minus a hasbrown. Tell the lady that hands me my food thag my order is wrong. She tells me well I repeated your order. I said I told the lady taking payments it was wrong. Not sure why she choose to argue with me instead of charging me for another hashbrown. Which is what I qas asking for in the first place

I got take out and they got my order wrong all and I sure didn’t want to get out in the this rain all I got was a biscuit, bacon, and cheese not what I ordered. I ordered a Mc griddle and cheese no egg.
