On 12/30/2024 at night I went to buy a large pizza with ham and mushrooms at Papa John's. It was my first time with Papa John's. I asked for both toppings to be served in sufficient quantity. When I picked up the pizza I noticed that the amount of both toppings was not small, it was ridiculous. When I spoke to the manager he did not acknowledge the problem and far from admitting the deficiency, he told me that "this is how the pizzas are here", Incredible. It was my fault because I went to PJ. After all, it is closer to my house, that's why. I am a regular customer of Gio's Pizza where these unpleasant problems do not exist. For Gio's Pizza, the customer comes first. If you want to eat a good pizza with first-class attention, go to Gio's Pizza and you will avoid a terrible experience. Dr. Julio Acosta

Our pizza wasnt really edible. It was over cooked even though we ordered extra ranch & had a weird cinnamon spice flavor to our chicken bacon ranch large pizza. Even the garlic butter couldnt help it.

I ordered carry out. When I arrived there were only 2 employees in store I went up to counter and the woman was going to attend me but the tall white male that was there told her get the oven I couldn't hear exactly what she told him and he replied with no get the oven now!!! Mmm kinda rude i wouldnt work anywhere they can't respect me. He mightve been the manager there but I don't care what your title is there you don't talk to your employees that way much less in front of customers. Point blank!!! I waited a good 15 min to be attended when I was the only one waiting. Other than this issue pizza was good! This was I believe Friday night July 12,24

This was actually the first time that I ever got a bad pizza there. The crust tore a part about an inch from the edge all the way around. The landlord of the shopping center does very little to beautify the outside space.

Worst place ever, they didn't want to honor online price and more than doubled the price for a carryout and they where so rude very unprofessional. I wil not be coming back!
I should get what I pay for. Ordered some wings, got them and there was little to none sauce on them. $30 for basically chicken nuggets and no sauce is ridiculous. Manager fixed it but said GM doesn’t allow them to put much sauce on the wings. Won’t order from this location again.

Drive 20 mins to pick up our pizzas we ordered, got home to find the order was not correct. Called them to have the order corrected, they requested we return the pizza. Packed the pizza back in the car and returned it. Picked up the new pizza and the order was still wrong, at this point I gave up.
Why ask give the options for light cheese or light pep or light sauce they just make the pizza as normal everytime. Never get a pizza the way I ordered it. Like not once. Screw this

The four toppings that were ordered were not scattered over the pizza but were dumped in small areas of the pizza leaving large areas including entire pieces of cut pizza with no topping except cheese.3. The dough was raw. Yes raw. That means there was no crispy brown dough, just white squishy, flour tasting dough.What's going on Pappa John's ? You used to be our favorite. Now I don't think I can order from you again.
