I normally don’t give reviews however I will in this case. I ordered the Ultimate Hut Bundle. Everything was prepared perfectly tasted excellent and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I will go back and I will order this again! Thank you very much Pizza Hut!

First time I've paid for a pizza and throwing it away.
Atmosphere: As soon as I walked in, the place smelled...off. One of the employees was eating a pizza right by the register.
Food: The pizza tasted like the smell of wet dog. Something is definitely off. I'm saving a couple slices in Ziplocs in case I get food poisoning, for proof. It just wasn't good. At all. If you're driving up, just walk to the Kroger next door and get a frozen pizza. Better taste for less out of your pocket.
Stay away from this place. It's unclean.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY; THEY WILL STEAL YOUR FOOD AND MONEY!! I ordered pizza online from their website. I got a text message FROM PIZZA HUT that it would be delivered by DoorDash. After an hour and a half doorDash canceled my order. When I contacted the store they told me there was nothing they could do because they gave the food to DoorDash and proceeded to ignore my calls. i did not ask Door Dash to deliver my food. I ordered directly from the website and no one was willing to even try to help. They just keep passing the blame.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, only one person was working here and it took over 1 hour to complete an order and the food sucks. This poor associate normally works at a different location and was there helping out and the manager that allowed her to work by herself didn’t even tell her that she was going to be by herself. I would never eat at this place again after this. Why would you do That to someone?

Ordered pizza, and when I went to pick it up, I was there waiting for about 5 minutes and the employees started yelling at each other as if they were about to fight, a man and a lady. That is very disrespectful, and bad customer service. Never going back to this place again.

I’ve never had this experience with a Pizza Hut before, so I didn’t think to look at the reviews but after reading them, I agree with the others. I ordered hand tossed, this is not it. Crust was super thin, hard and not enjoyable. INSANE. I’m so disappointed

Update... The food never came we ordered from somewhere else. we could give a zero we would.. The customer service is terrible we ordered food and 90 mins later no food. So I call to get a eta since the original time had passed by 45 mins the person that answered the phone was rude and said the food is still in preporation 90 mins later, at first she said um you already places an order? My guess they were not paying attention and had not started the order. I will absolutely never order from here again. Lesson learnedearned.
