I was not impressed. It was mid afternoon and they didn't have any devils food donuts. The counter person was obviously Hispanic but we weren't able to communicate enough to understand if they had run out of devil's food donuts or if like the sorry Shipley in Alvin they don't make/sell Devil's food donuts. That is why the best Stocked Shipleys is the one in Manvel

I feel like this location was sold and now it sucks! I’m not sure if the Vietnamese family still owns it…it was a favorite then! The new owners should have done more training during the pass down of ownership. Business Etiquette tip! Customers make your business! Have friendly people in front, greeting with smiles etc. Fresh ingredients matter! I realize there is product rollover but manage your popular items sell out and replenish m, things that don’t move as quick…produce less! Don’t serve product that’s clearly past its freshness date! To save a penny and lose a quarter! Hope y’all get it together! It was a local fave!

Parking: No driving through If you have never waited for the freshest hot glazed you’re missing out. Take the time to wait. 15 min tops
Kid-friendliness: Close to feeder of freeway. Watch your kids
The guy on the cashier he’s rude and he doesn’t have a customer service literally he’s very rude and he doesn’t even say you have a good one or anything nice he just being rude with us and another customer say I want to use the bathroom he said we don’t have a bathroom you go home you use your bathroom at home 🤦🏽 you can just say we don’t have a bathroom available simple is that , that happened today at 5:30 pm

The glazed raspberry donuts I got today taste like old donuts that were from the day before. I tried to microwave them to revive the if, didn’t. I thought going early today would have been different then getting them in the afternoon like I normally do, because they are the only donut shop open at 3pm. But no they were worse this morning. Very bready, very cold & old icing.

Lady at the counter had a weird attitude the moment I walked in. She didn't greet me and was just glaring at me with an angry look, like I was bothering her. She didn't say a word to me and just glared at me. Honestly so odd. I only got one donut and it was just a weird experience. Donut was good, customer service not so great

Was sharing my bad experience with a friend and they said that they refuse to come here anymore due to the poor attitude’s from the individuals working the counter (same experience I had). She also told me that a friend of hers ordered & was charged for 3 kolaches but only received 2.
