Paid Almost $15.00 for a double meat , tator tots and rt 44 drink ... Not mad at what I paid .. mad that I got a one meat cheese burger when I said no cheese. I wanted jalapeños I didn't get it. I wanted tator tots I got frys. Only thing that was right was the drink. This is really sad. And I called the number on the receipt and a sonic in Brazoria answered. Call it . And the one online is disconnected.

Make sure to check your food here...they will short you on fries...get your order wrong 30 percent of the time...i highly recomend going to another place to avoid altercations 30 percent is being nice..ig.you will clearly say fries and get tots and if they do get it right they wont even fill up the fry bag halfway...it must be meds or something how bad they are with orders idk

Literally got two drinks. They say they are coming out. They clear the screen and I still waited 15 minutes for them to come out on multiple occasions. Get it together worse then the la marque location somehow

Most reviews start with service. I would be too if I had gotten any. The website says it closes at 12; I show up at 10. A loyal customer, I waited outside until 10:30, right in front of the window, just to see the man close up shop and head out to his vehicle, looking at me as if he were in the midst of a scandal in the middle of the parking lot. I don’t know if I was ignored or unseen. I doubt the second option. Either way, I don’t know which is worse. Never returning.
Ordered a strawberry shake at the drive through, like me moved up 1 car quickly then came to a screeching halt. 20+ minutes later finally got to the window and got my shake that looked like they made it as soon as I ordered And then put it under a warming lamp to wait for me to get to the window. Every time I've been to this location it's been a disappointment, I only stop by today because Dairy Queen is closed for renovations.

We waited at the drive thru for five minutes after the voice at the speaker told us it’ll be a minute. Afterwards they just told us to pull up to the window and when we eventually got there they tried to hand us an order that wasn’t ours and it took them minutes to realize we hadn’t ordered yet. Only then was I able to make my order, and I worded it like this: An order of mozzarella sticks with a small strawberry slush and a chilli cheese coney dog combo. They mistook the strawberry slush as being part of the combo despite me never saying so and never made my combo a combo, they just gave me the hotdog without the fries. Honestly this Sonic location has really spiraled into a terrible mess, it’s only worth being it’s convenience of proximity. Additionally, my sister noted that the “Strawberry Slush” was just ice with bits of strawberry. Subpar service, for a subpar joint.

If I could give a ZERO I would. My wife and 8 were ordering food(have a 22' trailer) so I was parked along the south side of the building out of the way and my wife walked to the 2nd open stall ordered there as a walk up. Now I'm parked along the north side which blocks 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Pure ignorance. Use some sort of common sense. If my order wasn't being processed. I would've left.... common sense would help.
