I ordered my food double meat Burger smasher, with a chocolate shake medium and onion rings they bought my food out 4 onion rings, for $3.99 my shake with a lot of cool whip on the top I told him I didn't want the Cool whip instead of them taking a Cool whip off,or making another one,they took to back in there, and mixed the Cool whip in with my shake which made it taste like Cool whip so I asked them,for my money back ,which of the guy of confusedto I have problems getting my orders straight these guys were so confused , forgot to have one guy making all the all the runs, I finally got my order but by that time my food was cold and it wasn't made correctly my husband and I both were very disappointed with this location performance ,food ,and the atmosphere . The burgers were nasty compared to the one in Lamarque Texas where we order the same Burger often. Waste of money. We ended up going to Kentucky fried Chicken.

Yall need to shut this place down before someone gets sick! Don’t waste your money here! Go to the league city location! My son is sick at his stomach from drinking a Dr.Pepper from here. As a girl who worked at sonic for years as a teen. I can assure u they are not cleaning their coke machines. Never again!

Always good customer service, Zach is always very friendly and always asks about my day. Everyone else has been good also. They cook the pretzels perfect! That's all I ever get.

Ordered through the app for a designated pick up time. I arrived about 5 mins after the pick up time and checked in to a stall.
It was not very busy, but waited 15 minutes with my order not showing up (burger and drink).
I had to get out of my car and walk up to the service area to retrieve my order because somebody forgot.
After eating the burger I got mild food poisoning to top it all off.
Will not be going to this location ever again.

All I wanted was a Route 44 Cherry Limeaide....... If I hadn't paid in advance at the screen, I would have driven away. I don't care how busy you are, it shouldn't take 10+ minutes to make a drink.

Nobody works here. I think its closed, ive attempted several times to order here, no drive thru and buttons dont work
Tried to order on the app to take advantage of the half-price drinks, however, the app kept on crashing. I drove to the location to ask if I could still get the discount because their app is crashing, I was repeatedly told no you only get it if you use the app. Great customer service.

This place has really bad customer service. They don’t answer call light. 9pm on a Friday night. 5/9/25 you have lazy people. Only two cars and waited 10 minutes for them to just answer call and I just left.

Sat for 20 minutes in the drive through with the employees looking at me and the line behind me and not taking my order and there was nobody in the car hop area to the point multiple people left the line. When the employee seemed like they were going to take my order they told me to wait even longer. When they did take my order they got everything wrong reading it back. Had multiple issues with this sonic but this is definitely the worst

I went to sonic today to get my lunch. I ordered the number one meal with a large fry and a root 44 Cherry limeade and med pickle fries. I waited at the window for a good 15 minutes. The woman was very sweet. She had green and red hair. she was very nice but she seemed a little confused and lost. She handed me my drink and it was incorrect so I handed it back to her. She said are you sure you ordered that correctly? She didn’t repeat it back to you? I said I did and she did not repeat my order back to me. She went to fix it and brought my drink back with everything great and she handed me my bag of food. I look inside and it had a medium tater tot not the large fry and so I handed it back to her. I said I ordered a large fry. I’m not trying to be problematic. I’m sorry and she said nothing to me close the door went back in Scrunch my bag up on the top handed it back to me and when I opened it, I guess she went back in and threw the tater tots into a large container and called it a large roll the bag up and handed it back to me so then I told her I said I didn’t order tater tot I said, but it’s fine.. she just kind of she just looked at me and the sweet demeanor definitely went away And she closed the door and kind of just looked like I was causing problems for her. I was just trying to get my food so I can eat. I understand there’s probably kids working here, but there was no confusion on my end with what I ordered. She did not hand me a receipt. I just want to let y’all know and be aware when you order here to get a receipt and to double check your back before you leave that way you make sure you get everything that you actually paid for because she also did forget the pickle fries .. lol That’s when I checked my bag and I noticed that everything was not right.
