unfortunately this starbucks is across the street from my house so it's the one i go to. 85% of the time my drink is wrong. surprisingly today my drink was correct, but this is how much they filled my cup. for a nearly $9 drink, this is ridiculous.

Great customer service! My husband got me a drink here and the cup busted once he got home but we called and they remade the drink for us!

I don’t go to Starbucks too often anymore, but when I do, it’s a caffeine emergency. I usually order an iced drink with a food item when I go. When ordering at this specific location, my order is 90% of the time always incorrect. Interestingly enough, I never see my order on the screen before they tell me my total and pull up, so I’m not sure. I could take some blame by saying I never confirm my order, but why should I have to with just two items? Today I went and if I didn’t say something about the price, I would have been charged for two food items I didn’t even ask for. In total, the last four times I’ve been to this location, I’ve never left with the drink I actually ordered, which is a bummer when you’re trying to treat yourself a little bit. Moving forward I will have to start going to the location that’s a little bit out of my way OR just give up Starbucks altogether.

Literally a 30 minute wait in the drive through. They need to improve their flow and function. If a customer has a huge order then have them pull around and park. Why make 10 other people wait in their order.

What can I say? It is Starbucks. In cold weather. One of our favorites is hot. Citrus mint honey tea. Very high quality and very delicious.

Makayla made a fabulous caramel crunch Frappuccino exactly to my specifications. It was thick and delicious just like it’s supposed to be. Rarely do they make this drink correctly. I hope Makayla stays at this location. I’m grateful to her!! 1/30/24.

I had ordered multiple items I didn't receive and at the front desk they told me to go to the back of the line and come in with a receipt very disappointed

Terrible customer service I order more than 3 things to go , they just handed the food out without a bag and napkins . Food was cold never again!!!!
Really nice Starbucks. The service was fast and friendly. The restroom was very clean. My coffee was made perfectly. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Ordered a mobile order to pick up INSIDE When I arrived the doors were locked. I went to the drive thru, 7 cars in the line. I asked if I could get my order inside. They flat out said no. I asked if they could pass it through the door to me, they flat out said no. So I asked for a refund and to cancel the order, they said they couldn't until I get to the window. I didn't want to wait 30 mins, hence why I did an online order. So now, I am trying to get my order refunded through Starbucks mobile app, which is also difficult. Bottom line is THEY ARE RUDE for no reason. I will never go here again.
