Visiting family and decided to grab an iced espressos at this location, spent $25 on coffee for it to be not made the way were used too. They didn’t even bother to mix in the syrup just leave it all in the bottom. So disappointed 😭

We always go there every morning because we love Starbucks but today this has been terrible, these four women who have been there working have been with a kind of scandal talking loudly without caring that there are customers, the dirty bathroom without hand soap, the terrible truth, they should have a more qualified staff, this indicates to us that the staff who work there do not wash their hands and several of them were in the bathroom at that time.

Employees need better food safety training.
I Ordered a coffee with no whipped cream, due to health reasons. When they got my order wrong I asked them to fix it and the teenager at the window thought just scrapping the whipped cream off the top was good enough. After that I didnt trust them to not spit in my coffee or words if I asked them to fix it correctly and make another that was not contaminated. Bad service will never go back again.

I only put 3 stars because we enjoy the coffee and the staff are really nice. But anyways my wife and I go here or the gulf freeway location. Next to the Walmart pretty much every day.
Then to get a Shortage on her coffee again at this location. It does happen at the other spot. The coffee isn't cheap. When u ask for easy foam and no whip. This is what u get.

I messed up and dropped my yummy coffee. Made a huge mess and I felt terrible. The baristas were super patient with me, got me up and running with a new cup, and happily helped get it cleaned up. Absolutely top notch service and I do feel terrible that I made your day busier. My bad :(

I had such a great experience at Starbucks today! The store was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything ran smoothly but what really made my visit stand out was the amazing customer service from Gabby.
Gabby was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. She took the time to make sure my order was just right and made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. It's clear she really cares about her work and the people she serves.

Really really slow Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Had to leave my food there because it wasn’t ready. And I had pre-ordered 20 minutes earlier. There’s no way to cancel my order on the app.
